What This Class Is About
Energy-work, at its root, is the deliberate expansion of your awareness; Eric's approach is to focus that expansion inside your own body. Every technique in this course exists to develop one or more of the core ideas below. By the end of the class, these will not be concepts, they will be tools you can use to produce results in your body and the first step to learning how to do energy-work on others.
The Language of The Body
You came into the world able to feel before you could speak. Energy-work is the practice of returning to that pre-verbal mode of knowing, where your body communicates with you through sensations.
Awareness
Anything you can feel in your body, you can shift. Anything you cannot feel is running on its own, beneath your conscious mind. Expanding your awareness into unfelt regions is what makes the rest of the work possible.
Stuck Energy & Stored Trauma
Grief, fear, anger, and trauma do not stay in your thoughts. They settle deep within your body and quietly organize your posture, breath, and behavior. You will learn how to find these areas of stuck energy, as well as how to release and transmute them.
State of Being
Your state of being — not your words, nor your effort — is what shifts a room and what attracts or repels what comes into your life. You will learn that your state of being is NOT something that happens to you. It is a muscle you can exercise, and eventually, control.
Amplify & Transmute
The same skill of attention that lets you locate stuck and stored energy also lets you locate what is already clean, open, and alive in you. Once you can find that, you can turn it up, move it, and let it dissolve what is stuck and resistant.
Chi
What ancient traditions called chi, prana, or life-force is not a metaphor or a belief system. It is the bioelectric current already running through your body. This class teaches you to feel it, turn it up, and utilize it with intention to create effects in the body.

About Your Mentor
Eric Raines
After a Dark Night of the Soul in 2012 and an intense energetic activation in 2013, Eric Raines became directly aware of the implantation and parasitic constructs operating on humanity. The years of self-discovery and real-world practice that followed gave him a deep working knowledge of how the system functions, how to identify it, and, most importantly, how to remove it from himself and from others.
He considers it his life's purpose to share this knowledge with the world, to free humanity from the ravages of this system and to help build a world of love and light.
