Immortal Breath Series ~ Breath of Life Edition

We will be exploring the awareness of the body, mind, spirit connection and how it plays out in your environment and reality as well as discovering the miracles each of us can achieve by rising above physical pain, emotional poison, and destructive thought cycles through use of your own vital life force essence. In the Immortal Breath series, Eric walks you through the breath-work, mind set, and internal awareness needed to breathe new life into your world.

The first hour all are welcome, as Eric discusses the breath of life.

In the following 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to use the Breath of Life to tap into new, expansive awareness and chi flow.

This presentation and workshop will be held at the Body Mind Spirit Expo in Portland, Oregon on September 30th.

The expo is two days long, Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th. We will have a lovely little corner of the hall in which to meet all of our wonderful friends and star family from all over, as well as mingle with some really amazing light workers, empaths, and truth seekers. Eric has a three hour block on Sunday from which he is sharing from. The first hour will be free for all to attend. The next two hours will be the Breath of Life workshop described above.
