The Workshop:
Vibrant Heart & Soul Expansion Workshop:
Eric will walk participants through a dynamic process of inner personal soul shard retrieval, heart space activation and powerful clearing of blockages in the meridian flow. Meditation and conscious breath will be used in conjunction with Chi Kung and focused visualization to unlock and expand our heart space, unleashing the expansive love present in every one of us.
