Come frolick with Eric in the forest!
Join Eric as he teaches Tai Chi & Qigong, learn to feel the forest around you and feel the trees whisper through your soul in the verdant forest of the pacific northwest!
This workshop promises to be as individual and connective as the sacred land upon which we will stand in prayer & ceremony. Jake, Greg, and the Expansion Retreat team have lovingly tended to the land in devotional stewardship. You can feel the love of the land the moment your foot touches the vibrant soil!
In this sacred space, we will learn dream catcher weaving with the Ascended Weaver, listen to the songs of the singing bowls, forage a fresh salad from the abundance of the land, share a sweat lodge with friends in sacred ceremony, explore vibration, sacred henna, create a tree of life, or share in sacred meditations.
