GoldenFrequency Immersion~ 5th Annual

 

Come immerse yourself for a full 7 days in our 5th Annual Golden Frequency Retreat on the sacred mountain, Mount Shasta. Each day we will immerse ourselves deeper and deeper into this luminous esoteric knowledge, while being gently cradled in the healing energy of Sacred Earth. 

 

**Overview of the week:

 

Sunday July 18th, the evening of check in, we will have an informal meet and greet. One of the goals of the week is to build community and friendships, to get to talk with others, face to face, who share a common vision and love. The sharing of wisdom and experiences. Ample time is built into the week for bonding, absorbing, realigning, adventures and solitude, if need be.

 

Every morning we will begin with a unique morning routine of yoga, Chi Kung (Qigong) and meditation. The flow of this morning routine creates the sacred space for our daily lessons and practice. From this foundation building, we will gradually stack practical awareness into direct experience, building a physical energy that can be created, cultured and used at will in your every day life.

 

This routine is designed to be a program you can take home with you and add to your own personal daily practices. You can take the routine whole as a foundation for a great daily practice or take the pieces that fit into your already existent routine of spiritual self care.The choice is yours. (You will recieve a printed handbook that will include the new routine.)

 

Each night, there will be an offering of fireside ceremony on a private property nearby, for those who wish to participate. We sing ascension songs and hold sacred ceremony as well as share stories and laughter and star watch.

 

Sunday, July 25th, we have our final classes together.

 

The last day, Monday July 26th, is checkout day.

 

In this way, we all meet as strangers and leave as family.

 

 

*Topics covered will include: 

~Meridian flows- beginning and advanced; Clearing your energetic body as a daily practice; 

 

~The Etheric Construct- how to identify it, how to clear it, how to do the inner work to create true sovereignty. On this day, we will have hands on work, where you will work on yourself then practice working with one another. 

 

~Organ Systems-how they connect to each other, support the body, clean toxicity and more importantly, how to physically, energetically and emotionally detox the organs of the body.

 

~Ancestral clearing- (also known as Genetic Clearings) How unprocessed trauma, emotional programs and habits pass down through the family line, how to find those connections within yourself and how to clean the family genetics, breaking generational cycles and activating genetic knowledge of talents and wisdom from ancient times.

 

~Trauma Release -  How it affects you, some new techniques in physical as well as spiritual and energetic release tools. 

~DNA Activation- Tools, resources, and activation sessions.

 

~Past Life Karmic Clearings- Begin or coninue the process of clearing out Past Life blockages. 

 

~Each of the seven days will have an individual focus and flow, though many of these tools are overlapping and will be used throughout the week. In this way, we ensure that everyone who comes to the retreat, leaves feeling more confident in their own abilities. There are many hands-on activities for everyone, and on energy lesson days, everyone gets practice woriking on and with others in a safe space.

 

*One afternoon will be set aside for a group adventure and the organic unfolding of energy work in a natural setting. In former years, we have gone to rivers and lakes to paddle board, canoe and swim, as well as play and bond. This years adventure will be announced closer to the event.

 

Over the course of the week, we will share laughter, fireside ceremony and song. We will grow in spirit, health, and awareness. We will fill our cups collectively and individually. We will all leave changed for the better for having met one another. The only way out is in!

Ticket information: 

The retreat tickets include all 7 days of workshops plus 6 nights of ceremony and laughter! 

You can opt to Join Eric & I for 8 nights stay at the beautiful McCloud Mercantile with breakfast vouchers for use at the cafe' or restaurant in the Mercantile. 

*There are men and woman's group rooms available. 

*Shared rooms brings cost down considerably and the shared memories up exponentially! Definitely consider sharing one of these.

*There are also single person and/or family style rooms available for reservation as well.

*Shared rooms are sorted by our hotel staff and not in our control. Though they work hard to satisfy everyone and the accommodations are excellent. 

*Other-abled rooms available. If you need wheelchair access or any other accomodations, please let us know.

*Pet rooms available for an additional fee. You will need to email us so we can coordinate with the hotel. These are different rooms than our reserved ones, so we will need to make reservations as soon as possible to assure availability.

~Feel Free to join the group, find people, plot ride-shares and generally begin to build community. Once the retreat begins, we will close down the group to include only those who attended, for us all to continue on our journey together in a safe space of belonging.
