Immortal Breath Series ~ Breath of Life Edition

We will be exploring the awareness of the body, mind, spirit connection and how it plays out in your environment and reality as well as discovering the miracles each of us can achieve by rising above physical pain, emotional poison, and destructive thought cycles through use of your own vital life force essence. In the Immortal Breath series, Eric walks you through the breath-work, mind set, and internal awareness needed to breathe new life into your world.

The first hour all are welcome, as Eric discusses the Breath of Life, what it is, how to use, and why its such an important tool for spiritual hygiene and self care.

In the following 2 hour workshop, you will learn how to use the Breath of Life to tap into new, expansive awareness and chi flow.

This year we have themed our events "Be the Change" and we invite you to consider this theme throughout the weekend. We want you to step to the next level of your own glorious being. With wonderful exhibits and free presentations, the expo truly will have you smiling throughout the weekend. Our new website works as a gateway to enhancing the expo experience even before you arrive at the event. You can build your own custom program guide highlighting those lectures and exhibits most of interest to you, and even buy your tickets in advance of arriving at the event. We will look forward to seeing you at the beautiful Oregon Convention Center (Hall E). Make sure to mark your calendars and we'll see you at the expo! *For first 1,000 attendees.
