The training in this workshop begins with activating the body’s bioelectric flow, to turn on the hyper-awareness needed in order to start moving Chi. Once we have felt these sensations, we will activate into Joy and Laughter energy through direct communication with the nervous system, opening up the ability to feel the body lose heaviness and density as we lift our frequencies with intention. Finally, we will use our high frequency space to identify through our DNA the density passed down through the family tree, then transmute it.

One of the major reasons many are still experiencing mental, emotional and physical discomfort is because of these generational traumas and programs echoing down from unprocessed negative emotions that have been handed from father to child, from mother to child, for countless generations.
